France: Media 6 takes stake in Quividi

Media6logo French point-of-sale solutions specialist Media 6 Group has taken a 16% stake in Parisian audience measurement software editor Quividi
The agreement will allow Media 6 "to offer its customers innovative solutions and develop a privileged partnership with the start-up", while help Quividi focus on its growth both in France and abroad, where it already generates 50% of its revenues from.

Meanwhile, Media 6 has acquired Chinese point-of-sale advertising specialist Atrium Limited. New subsidiary’s full year turnover for 2009 is estimated at 10 million euros.
