The Netherlands: SNS Bank selects QYN for its Kiosk-based New Bank Concept
Dutch SNS Bank has selected QYN (KPN Group) to develop, install and manage the kiosk solutions of its “new bank” concept.
Developed in the spirit of retail store, the concept features five interactive kiosk systems in each store, giving the customer information on the bank’s products and/or allowing him to proceed to banking operations. A sales consultant is also present to assist.
Initially, 150 of SNS Bank’s traditional banking offices will be replaced by the new SNS store concept.
Eventually the system will be rolled out through more than 300 locations in the Netherlands.
