Portuguese company YDreams announced it has joined the recently launched The AR Consortium, which gathers a group of global companies that are pioneers on the development and creation of augmented reality technology, tools, applications, solutions or content.

The eight founding members include French Int13 and Total Immersion, German Metaio, Austrian Mobilizy, US Neogence Enterprises and Ogmento, Dutch SPRX Mobile and Japanese Tonchidot .

YDreams is headquartered in Lisbon (Portugal) and has offices in Austin, Texas (USA), Barcelona (Spain), São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
