The winner of Art by Chance Festival will be announced on September 18^th at a Gala at the Sony Pictures Head Office in London (Sony UK sponsored the event)

The competition, created by Anbean, is the first short film festival dedicated uniquely to digital signage. For a three week period in June, 31 films have been competing on screen networks in 70 towns across 13 countries.
