USA: Luxembourg’s Jamendo Pro Signs with Intava

Intavabackbeat The American company Intava will use the Jamendo Pro music catalogue for its new jukebox-like music in-store product Backbeat (see photo).

Launched in January 2009, Jamendo Pro is the B2B service from the Luxembourg based Jamendo.com, a world-wide music platform of over 200,000 titles under a Creative Commons licence.

Amongst their various references, Jamendo Pro counts the 200 stores in the European Carpet chain Saint Maclou (via a partnership with MusicMatic) and the bakery/patisserie chain ‘La Boulange’ in the USA.
