A new 3,300+ linear meters LED display, designed and manufactured by Daktronics Inc., was installed on the outside of the Hangzhou Tower Shopping Centre.

The system, which features Daktronics’ latest LED video technology – “with the ability to present live and recorded video images” -, highlights local events and presents graphics to catch the attention of passers-by.

Prior to Hangzhou Tower’s order, a Daktronics LED video display, measuring approximately eight meters tall by 30 meters wide (26 feet high by 98 feet wide), was also installed on the side of the Hangzhou Tower Shopping Centre as part of a demo shootout that involved three competing companies.
