Germany/Switzerland: Nexgen to Equip Gries Deco Company’s Depot Retail Outlets

Gries Deco Company is to equip its furniture chain Depot with a digital signage system. Some of the 138 outlets and shop-in-shops will be fitted with a solution provided by the Swiss company Nexgen during the course of this year.
The announcement comes after successful completion of three pilot operations in Basel, Stuttgart and Frankfurt.
The installations will be concentrated around the cash-desk area, which will receive three screens. Content shown will be both Marketing (new products & services, special offers, etc.) and Service (payment options, refunds, etc.) orientated.
The children’s department will also be fitted with a screen showing short entertainment films.
