Germany: OVAB Europe Responds to Advertiser and Agency Concerns
OVAB Europe has responded to critical comments in the German Digital Out-of-Home market. The association has issued a press release in which it supports the creation of national networks and acknowledges the current deficiencies of the media.
Dirk Hülsermann, President of OVAB Europe commented: “We are delighted that Digital Out-of-Home is attracting attention from marketing decision-makers. This is exactly why OVAB Europe was created two years ago. We hope to be able to overcome the weaknesses of our young industry with the support of all companies active in the digital signage sector. We are working towards the creation of standards and transparent monitoring and reporting processes for DOOH campaigns. We are convinced that Digital Out-of-Home will become an important part of the marketing-mix within the coming years.”
