Brazil: DOOH Ad Spend Grows by 48%
The Brazilian advertising market grew by 2% between January and November 2009, according to figures released by Projeto Inter-Meios.
Even though press and cinema are in decline, other media show an increase: +5.7% for TV, +23.3% for Internet, +8.6% for radio and +11.7% for OOH, underpinned by strong growth in the DOOH sector.
This grew sharply by +48% over the period to reach 33 million Euros (81 million R$), or 14% of total OOH spending.
