Australia: PumpTV and adstream Sign Partnership
Australia’s advertising distribution and workflow specialist, adstream has partnered with digital petrol station TV network PumpTV for the digital delivery of TV commercials.
PumpTV National Sales Manager Teyghan Stadelbauer said: “The partnership with adstream will help us achieve our core objective for advertisers – verifiable advertising that reaches millions of highly engaged consumers per month whilst they fill their vehicles at the pump. This partnership will allow for efficient and secure digital delivery of TV commercials that will be scheduled for full viewing; ensuring each commercial is seen in the right format and at the right time.”
PumpTV screens offer advertising opportunities in formats such as 15 and 30 seconds TVCs and animation “wraps” that wrap around the news content, available in 10 and 20 seconds increments.
United Digital Media launched PumpTV in October 2009, rolling out over 240 screens across Coles Express’ service stations in Melbourne and Sydney. The company now plans to deploy screens to over 400 petrol stations with more than 4,800 LCD TVs nationally over the next two years.
The network has an exclusive content partnership with Seven Network and Yahoo!7.
