Belgium: Screening Media and O.Media Digital Hand-in Hand
Digital Signage companies, Screening Media and O.Media Digital have decided to join forces. To cement the relationship, Screening Media has taken a minority stake in the fellow-Belgian company’s capital.
From now on, the two companies are pooling their human and technical resources, and can offer advertisers a combined total of almost 300 screens.
“This investment gives Screening Media on the one hand, the opportunity to extend its offer and strengthen its presence in the Digital Signage market, and on the other, it allows O.Media Digital to shift gear and expand its network more rapidly”, says the press release.
O.Media Digital is a pioneer in Digital Signage in travel agencies and now has a network of 119 screens in 95 agencies in Belgium. They complement the 170 screens operated by Screening Media in its “Brussels Life” (bars and restaurants) network and others installed in fitness centres and retail.
