France: Survey by LH2 Confirms Impact of BimediaTV

BimediaTVterminalde According to a recent survey by LH2, the digital signage network BimediaTV in newsagents & tobacconists, is particularly well appreciated by its audience:

· 81% appreciate the principle of a screen with messages, an approval rating which increases with regular visitors (87% approval, of which 28% strongly approve)

· 82% find BimediaTV enjoyable and pleasant to watch

· 85% perceive that the media provides information

· 84% consider it a good way of occupying customers while waiting

· 79% find it innovative

BimediaTV also has an incentive effect:

· 77% recall at least one ad after exposure (46% spontaneous)

· 42% say that the media inspires them to find out more about products mentioned

· 32% say that the media gives them ideas about what to buy (49% amongst daily visitors)

BimediaTV currently has 2,581 screens across the country and generates over 10.5 million contacts each week. The network is expected to reach 4,000 screens by the end of the year, which will then generate over 19 million contacts on a weekly basis.
