Software designer & player manufacturer dZine and video supplier i-CONIC IMAGES have announced a unique partnership at ScreenMedia Expo in London on May 5/6.

i-CONIC IMAGES is supplying over 20 minutes of HD footage from its Extreme Sports, Time-Lapse and Aerials collections to be shown on the dZine stand B3 and in exchange, dZine is supplying their NEW media player ‘DISplayer SD 2^nd Edition’ loaded with iconic video images to be displayed on the i-CONIC IMAGES stand N° H17.

The arrangement is a win-win situation for both parties. “It’s good for us to have such high quality HD video available to be able to fully demonstrate the capabilities of our software and solid state player systems” said dZine’s Frederik Vroman. dZine’s DISplayer range combines HD payback capabilities with low power consumption offering a best-of-class media player for today’s content performance needs. 100.000 DISplayers has been installed worldwide thanks to its extreme high network security and reliability.

“And it’s great for us to be able to show off our video material on decent equipment, using the sort of software and playback facilities that clients will experience in a ‘real-life’ situation. We have several projects in common on the boil at the moment, so this idea made a lot of good sense” said i-CONIC IMAGES’ MD, Russ Curry.
