USA: EnQii and DW Green Company Launch Green TV, a New Supermarket Digital Signage Network

GreenTVlogoEnQii and DW Green Company, a supermarket marketing and advertising firm, have launched GreenTV, a digital signage system deployed in grocery chains across North America.

The network runs customized store content, which includes seasonal reminders, informational messaging and price and item animations, on in-store LCD screens located in several of the retailers’ departments, including the meat, deli, bakery, pharmacy and health and nutrition departments, among others.

EnQii and DW Green Company actually began working together in early 2009 with, say the two companies, “impressive results”: “Items promoted on the in-store LCD screens have yielded well in excess of 100% sales lifts when compared to items advertised in similar stores using traditional display signage”.
