YCDCinemaCityCinema City has recently opened Israel’s largest cinema multiplex in Rishon LeZion. The complex, which boasts 26 movie theaters and over 11,000 square meters of commercial space, has been equipped with over three hundred video screens ranging in size from 42” to 65”. Over 200 square meters of LED floor tiles, that change colors in a synchronized pattern, have also been installed throughout the concession and shopping areas.

YCD Multimedia’s video wall technology (YCD|MuVi Wall) controls the synchronization of the LED floor tiles and also runs content to 122 of the screens, arranged as five large video slices of up to 35 screens each.

Two of the video slices form the digital menu boards for the concession stand, while the 3 remaining video slices serve as a canvas for showing movie trailers and other promotions.

YCD’s creative services team has also designed and produced content for a campaign for Coca Cola which sees, on a periodic schedule, all 122 screens as well as the LED floor tiles revert to a seamlessly integrated promotion for the beverage.
