Convenience TV Inc. (formerly Costa Rica Paradise Inc.) has announced it acquired all of the interest in C-Store Network, LLC ("C-Store") from Global Fusion in exchange for 36,000,000 shares of its common stock, on May 5, 2010.

C-Store is a DOOH network installed at various convenience store locations throughout North America.
