Italy: IGPDecaux to Deploy Digital Network in Milan Underground

15 July 2010 11 h 00 min2 Comments

IGPDecauxlogodeIGPDecaux, which recently extended its rights to sell ad space on the Milan Underground system, will now deploy new advertising formats throughout. Some 70 Full HD 57” LCD screens will be installed at the entrances to eight stations in the network as part of the refurbishment.

With this deployment, IGPDecaux strengthens its digital presence in the capital city of the Lombardia region. The company already has nearly 100 screens at the Linate [fr] and Malpensa airports, as well as LED billboards in the city centre.

This is now the second digital signage network in the Milan Underground – Telesia operates a network installed on the system’s platforms.
