Daktronics Inc. has unveiled a new LED board for Sony Corporation of America and News Corporation at New York City’s One Times Square Tower, last Thursday, July 8th.

The display, which replaces a previous sign, measures approximately 35 feet high by 40 feet wide and features Daktronics’ 10mm pixel pitch.

The screen’s first big presentation was FOX Sports’ coverage of the Major League Baseball All-Star Game 2010, on Tuesday, July 13, broadcast live in Times Square.
