USA: TracyLocke and rVueTM Announce Digital Out-of-Home Alliance

TracyLocke has formed an alliance with rVue under which the Omnicom Group, Inc. agency will use the booking platform to create customized DOOH campaigns.
TracyLocke is also requesting its preferred vendors to develop network profiles on rVue’s platform for consideration in future plans.
