Canada: Chantale Taillon joins Cruise Media Group As VP Sales
Canadian media sales veteran Chantale Taillon has joined the executive team of place-based health media company Cruise Media Group as its Vice-President of Sales, “with plans to aggressively grow revenues across the company’s network of digital displays in hospital and medical clinic waiting rooms”.
Taillon is responsible for national sales and business development, and will also drive marketing for the Canadian Health Media Network, an affiliation of Digital Out Of Home network operators that all target sponsored health and wellness programming for audiences in high traffic medical waiting rooms nationwide. Taillon will work out of Cruise Media’s Montreal offices.
Taillon recently left Zoom Media, where she was Sales Director for the national OOH company and responsible for its eight print poster and digital networks, including medical. Along with Zoom, Taillon has worked with Radiomutuel, Telemedia, Radio-Canada and P2P Proximity Marketing/CapitalC.
“We knew Chantal through her Zoom ties to CHMN,” says Cruise Media Group President and CEO Ryan Cruise. “When she came available we were really pleased and gratified that she was interested in joining our team. She brings an enormous amount of skills, contacts and respect.”
Based in Toronto, Cruise Media Group operates the Mommentum Health Network (MHN), which has digital screens in more than 330 medical clinics and hospitals across the country, with the focus on the major metro areas. About 13 million viewers see MHN programming annually.
