ART BY CHANCE, the Ultra Short Film Festival for DOOH networks, is back for a third edition and has launched a call for entries. The theme this year is “Change”.

The 30 second long films will be shown in over 20,000 digital screens located in public transport hubs as well as shopping centres, airports, public squares and university campuses in over 20 countries and more than 200 cities around the world.

The jury includes prestigious names, such as Walt Disney Producer – Don Hahn; Executive Director of ARTE France Cinema – Michel Reilac; and Founder and Director of British Independent Film Awards – Johanna Von Fischer.
