Fund Raisings: Ram Gets £1M, Access 360 Media Secures $12M, rVue Raises $2.6M

dollarsde Here are the last funding operations that we have spotted over the past days:

In the UK, RAM has completed a placing in order to raise £ 1 million (€ 1.2 million). This funding will be used to invest in the Iconic Screen roll out in Ram Vision.

In the US, DOOH networks operator Access 360 Media has raised $12 million (€ 9 million) in Series C financing led by Columbia Capital. In April of 2010, Access 360 completed the acquisition of Arena Media Networks, the nation’s largest sports and entertainment DOOH network. The company also operates Mallvision, a 900-screen DOOH network installed in the Simon Property Group’s shopping malls.

Still in the US, rVue Holdings, Inc. has raised approximately $2.6 million (€ 2 million) in equity financing to continue the development of its Demand-Side Planning and Boooking Platform. Robert Roche, an entrepreneur, attorney and private equity investor, led the investment along with Patrick O’Donnell, former CTO of UBS Investment Bank, private investor and entrepreneur. Mr. Roche is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Acorn International, the largest TV shopping company in China as well as the co-founder and Chairman of Oak Lawn Marketing, the largest infomercial company in Japan, with approximately 1,000 employees.
