Italy: OnScreen Communication Installs Digital Signage and Augmented Reality Systems in Shopping Malls

Italian agency OnScreen Communication has rolled-out interactive kiosks in shopping centres in Rome and Milan to promote American Express’s new Club Membership Rewards Programme.
A promotional catalogue, given to the prospects, becomes the controller of an Augmented Reality game, in which the player has to drive a virtual shopping cart and try to collect as many items as possible.
According to the final score, the software tracks the user’s face, superimposing different virtual contents on it, and generates a screenshot that players can bring home.
