As part of its recent report on the “World Digital Signage Systems Market”, American research company Frost&Sullivan published a market share ranking of software vendors world wide.

Cisco comes out on top, followed by EnQii and BroadSign. (We are not allowed to disclose the market shares published in the report – Ed.)

Cisco says that it now has over 3,000 digital signage customers in 85 countries. Its software is used by over half of the biggest banks in the world, by 4 of the 5 biggest retailers in the world, by over 450 education establishments (universities, schools…) and some twenty major stadiums.
