Hartco, a leading Canadian IT Services and Technology Solutions Provider, has announced a $6 million investment in ScreenScape.

Hartco will be represented on ScreenScape’s Board of Directors and will receive 6 million common shares of ScreenScape as well as warrants to purchase an additional 3 million common shares in exchange for its investment.
