WW: JCDecaux Achieves €50M Digital Turnover in First 6 Months of 2011

JCDecaux_Digital_Screens_S1_2011For the first semester of 2011, JCDecaux has published a turnover increase of 5.3% up to €1,170 million, with a net profit of €95.1 million (+46.3%).

The strong growth in the group’s digital activity is one of the reasons for this improvement. JCDecaux’s digital turnover, of which 90% is in the transport sector, was worth an estimated €50 million during the period.

The company had 7,300 screens worldwide at the end of June, compared to 6,000 six months ago and 6,200 in early March.
