Germany: ECE flatmedia Acquired for € 3.9Million Plus Potential Earn-outs

In its Q3 2011 financial report, Ströer gave more details with regards to its recent ECE flatmedia acquisition.
As stated in the document: “the Group acquired all of the shares in ECE flatmedia GmbH, Hamburg, for an initial purchase price of € 3.9m along with additional performance-related purchase price payments, which could total a low double-digit million figure.”
