RATP_SNCF_RER_A_Ecrans_Affichage_Numerique_deAfter digital signage has been installed in the carriages in the ¨Francilien” suburban trains and in those on Line 1 of the Paris Metro, the new “M109” carriages on the RER A suburban line have also been fitted out.

Each carriage has four 19” LCD screens installed in the upper and lower levels. At present, the content being shown is uniquely passenger information.

The first two “M109”  trains are already in operation, and in all a total of sixty should be in service by the end of 2014.
