Ottinex Medias is currently installing a digital out of home network in Dakar. It includes roadside outdoor LED screens of both 4m x 3m and of 3m x 2m as well as LCD screens of 42” to 60” installed in a large variety of sites : shopping centres, supermarkets, hotels, pharmacies, universities, health and social centres, restaurants, discotheques, ports cruise ships…

Other large population centres in West Africa will also be covered in the future.

The network is run by Harris Infocaster software.
