The Philosophy and Letters Career of the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo”, Cochabamba Headquarters, which has just completed 50 years of experience, is relaunched this 2022 in blended and virtual mode, which will allow it to reach students from all over the country.
The Director of the Race, Dr. Edwin Claros Arispe, will offer an orientation talk to all those interested this Tuesday, January 25, at 7:00 p.m., virtually, on Zoom ID: 839 1752 2760; access code: 355236.
“In Bolivia there are very few training options in Philosophy and Literature. There are only careers in a public university in La Paz and ours in Cochabamba, which was born as a Philosophy Career 50 years ago, in 1971, and then incorporated Letters at the beginning of the 90s”, comments Edwin Claros.
“Together with our consolidated academic proposal in Philosophy, we have promoted subjects related to Literature, which may be of great interest to novice writers, in a curriculum that integrates both humanistic disciplines, which are pillars of the human and Christian education offered by the UCB”, Claros points out.
“Now, by becoming a career that can be taken at a distance, through the modern virtual platform of the UCB, we offer the possibility that people from other cities and the countryside of all Bolivia, can be professionally trained in Philosophy and Letters regardless of their place of residence or age”, highlights the director of Philosophy and Letters.
Registration for the Race is open until January 31 and can be done at any of the branches of the Bolivian Catholic University: at the Tupuraya Campus of the Cochabamba Campus; in the Department of Culture and Art of the La Paz Campus and in the Law Schools of the Santa Cruz and Tarija Campuses.
