With CapacitaRSE, people learned to promote their entrepreneurships and productive projects

Since the arrival of the Coronavirus in Bolivia, the ventures have gained a lot of value for being a manifestation of creativity, determination and perseverance. For this reason, the financial entity BancoSol carried out a series of free courses and workshops, through its training program “CapacitaRSE”, with the aim of providing knowledge and tools to microentrepreneurs nationwide to achieve the growth of their businesses.

“At BancoSol we are interested in supporting economic reactivation, promoting the skills and creative capacities that our clients and non-clients have. With the support of different companies, we take care of promoting concepts and practices such as motivation, initiative, innovation, knowledge and teamwork; above all with a very technological approach ”, indicated the General Manager of BancoSol, Marcelo Escobar.

The trainings, which began in October and ended in December, had the participation of more than 2,330 people nationwide who looked for tools to have a business idea, design a business model and start their venture.

“Our objective as a Bank is to promote entrepreneurship and support the consolidation and growth of microentrepreneurs, providing free training focused on their needs and the new market reality; and that it is accompanied by experts. Therefore, this management has two main approaches: Development of Technical skills and development of Entrepreneurship skills; obtaining great results in the participants ”, indicated the BancoSol executive.

Technical Trainings

BancoSol developed this training together with Grow, in order that people can have new skills that allow them to generate new businesses and consolidate small emerging ventures.

For this reason, both institutions promoted a series of courses, with experts in each subject, on: pattern making and sewing, commercial fashion design, graphic design, interior design, tourism and promotion, baking and cooking, photography and video production, carpentry and effective advertising on social networks.

“More than 1,000 women and men managed to develop new technical skills, generating new sources of income, a goal fully achieved. The participants took classes in a blended way and learned about how to reactivate and strengthen their post-covid business, use of digital tools to correctly manage e-commerce, market trends, among other topics, ”Marcelo Escobar described.

Entrepreneurship Training

Another objective of the financial institution, through its training program, is for users to acquire skills to identify entrepreneurial opportunities; For this reason, topics on transformation of digital models, finance in entrepreneurship, innovation and experience, social media techniques, and personal and motivational training were taught.

“During this period, the trainings were carried out virtually at the Basic and Advanced levels. This allowed us to have the participation of 1,318 women and men nationwide, developing soft skills and entrepreneurship techniques, exceeding the goals set, “said the executive, who also added that the workshops had the support of PIX SRL. and Inspired Strategic Solutions.

“Through the contents and practices that we impart in the trainings, the Bank project succeeded in allowing the participants to develop experience and skills that will allow them to implement the use of digital tools applicable to the particularities of their businesses, with which they will be able to consolidate and do grow their ventures ”, concluded the General Manager of BancoSol, Marcelo Escobar.
